Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY NEW CANCELLATION POLICY At Skin by Christiane, we strive to deliver exceptional service and ensure that every client receives the attention and care they deserve. To maintain a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following late and cancellation policy: 1. Arrival Time: We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to maximize the time allocated for their service. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your facial appointments to allow for check-in and consultation. 2. Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Therefore, we offer a grace period of 5 minutes for clients who arrive late. However, please note that this grace period is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the full duration of the originally scheduled service. 3. Service Adjustment: If a client arrives within the grace period, our estheticians will make every effort to accommodate the remaining time for the scheduled service. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to adjust or modify the service to fit within the remaining time. This adjustment will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and the beauty professional. 4. Cancellation Policy: If a client cancels within 24 hours or fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a NO SHOW. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30% for the missed appointment. This fee helps compensate our beauty professionals for their time and ensures fairness to other clients. 5. Rescheduling: If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling your appointment to a more suitable time. However, please understand that rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible, particularly during peak hours. If we cannot reschedule cancellation fees may apply. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that repeated last-minute cancellations will be marked as no-show appointments. If a client accumulates three NO SHOW instances, they will not be able to pre-book future appointments online. However, we encourage you to visit us on the same day if there are any available spots. We value your time and strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. By adhering to our late policy, we can ensure that each client receives the attention and quality service they deserve while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
